Using the Gua Sha Tool and Jade Stone Roller in your daily facial routine allows for smoother, de-puffed skin due to toxin removal and better blood circulation.

HOW TO USE:

1•Start with your normal cleansing routine, once the skin is clean apply your favourite ProSpa moisturiser or facial serum.

2•Follow the guide on the inside cover of the box as to which side of your Gua Sha Tool to use on what areas of your face. Using soft pressure, work from the top of your face downwards, from the inside out in an upward motion once at the eye area for either the Gua Sha Tool or the Jade Stone Roller.

3•Wash your Gua Sha Tool or Jade Stone Roller with warm water and soap.

4•Repeat this practice 2 to 3 times a week.

5•If you would like to use cold, place in the fridge 30mins before use.

TIPS:
Glide the Gua Sha or the Jade Stone Roller softly over each acupoint 20-30 times moving from the inside of the face to the outside in an upward motion.

You can use both the Gua Sha Tool and Jade Stone Roller over the body as well as the face.

Clean the Gua Sha or Jade Stone Roller with warm water and pat dry with towel.

Use face serum like the ProSpa Daily Glow oil to help the tools glide over the face and penetrate into the skin.

You can use the Gua Sha Tool and lade Stone Roller for cold use (which is recommended for puffy eyes) place the tools in the fridge for 30 mins before use.

Drink more water after your facial to help with toxin removal.
