The set is in very good condition. It does not have any traces of powder or lipstick on it. The compact is suitable for pressed face powder pans measuring 67 mm. For example: Max Factor Creme Puff, Rimmel Stay Matte, CCUK Constance Carroll and Miss Beauty. The lipstick holder will hold tubes of lipstick measuring approximately 15 mm diameter. All catches and hinges work perfectly. The mirror gives an excellent clear reflection. The set comes in the original hard case which is lined with cream satin stamped with the Kigu registered triangular trademark and signed 'KIGU of London'. Crimson velvet covers recesses which accommodate both items very well. The original circular black felt pouch is present. Both the compact and lipstick holder are signed 'KIGU'. The compact measures 3" and weighs 90.2 grams. The lipstick measures 2 1/2" and weighs 21.9 grams.
